How it Works

This is a virtual race designed to be done on your own time, wherever you live either in the water or on land.

1. Sign up for the race and select 5K or 10K.
2. Donate $10 to Feeding America.
3. Get a coupon for a free Fluid Running 5K or 10K Workout.
(must have Fluid Running System to redeem)
4. Do a Fluid Running 5K or 10K between 11/21 and 11/28.
(run/walk if you don't have access to a pool)
5. Tag us on social media for entry into our giveaway.

Virtual Turkey Trot 5K/10K

If you haven't done a live or virtual race before, it's a lot of fun. Do it in the water, and it's truly an experience to remember. Go through the registration process below, and print out your "bib" before your race, and you'll also get a nice completion certificate after.
