• Check In: 6:45 AM
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Starts & Ends at:  VFW 2325 Donahue St., IL 61301 2 blocks west of Rt 351

Key items to know:

• Post race results available at Starved Rock Runners, Run Sign Up and Racing Expectations
• Age groups / awards:  Male/Female: 9 and under, 10-12, 13-16, 17-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

On Course:

• Aid Stations: water station will be available on the course. Consider running with the nutrition/water that you will need to successfully finish the 5k run. 
• It is your responsibility to know the course and run it safely.

Results:

• Participants who opted in during the registration process will receive a text message with their time shortly after crossing the finish line.
• Results will be updated throughout the event at Starved Rock Runners, Run Sign Up and Racing Expectations.
