Join us on Saturday, August 24, 2024 for the Lena Brew Run 5k an exciting event that features an awesome course paired with excellent local craft beer provided by Lena Brewing. Whether you are a competitive Runner, Fun Runner, Walker, or just enjoy excellent local craft beer this is the event for you!
The 5K Run/Walk kicks off at 4:00pm. There will be a Beer Garden area on site for post race festivities compliments of Lena Brewing!

What’s included with the 5k ticket option? The 5k event participation, Race Swag (pint glass, sweet T-shirt, custom bib), Pint of Will County Brew, entry to post race party!
What’s included with the SPECTATOR ticket option? The Spectator registration includes entry to the event, a souvenir pint glass, and a pint of beer! All participants are required to register for the event to gain entry, so if you're not running or walking the 5k please select the spectator registration.
Is this a timed race? Am I allowed to walk? Yes all participants are timed, and absolutely walkers are welcome and encouraged to participate!
Can I bring my kids? Strollers? Pets? Yes - this is a kid, pet, and stroller friendly event. We ask that only Adults over 21yrs old with an ID enter the beer garden... and our security guards are also asked to make sure to help remind people :-)
Is this a rain or shine event? Yes, this is a rain or shine event but we can guarantee is that there will be beer!
Is this a fun run? Are there trophy’s or prizes for the top finishers? Top 3 finishers in each age group receive an award (Under 21, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70&over). But everyone wins at this race compliments of Will County Brewing Company providing the real prize at the finish line!
Is there an event planned after the race? Absolutely - we will be heading to Four Seasons Park for an awesome post race party - stay tuned for details!

Can I Participate Virtually?
Absolutely! We have been getting many inquiries about virtual participation and have integrated a virtual option into our regular registration.
Please feel free to register through the regular registration link above and you can either:
1) Pick up packet during packet pickup or on the day of the race, but run on your own (hint: any beer tickets are still good if you use this strategy)
2) Contact us at any time to switch to the Brew Run Virtual Race and we'll ship your packet (There will be a shipping and handling charge for this option per person)
Also, if you intend on running, but later change your mind and would like to do either of these options, that's ok too! If you are definitely going to have us ship your packet and run virtually though, we do recommend you follow the instructions below:
1). Go to runsignup.com/profile and log into your account.
2). Click on "Manage Registration" next to this race.
3). On the next page click on transfer to another race and choose the Brew Run Virtual Race.
