M&S Cares 5K for our Top 5

We are excited to participate in the ICPAS Day of Service this year to support our 5 M&S Cares charity partners. Pick your favorite nature trail or set yourself up on a treadmill. You are welcome to run, walk, bike or skip your way to the finish line. Any way you and your family wish to participate is perfect! 

After you sign up, you will select the charity you wish to benefit. The Firm will match any donation you wish to make. All donations are completely voluntary. It does not cost anything to participate and receive your race gear. We are partnering with the same charities we've supported for years, including:

• Bernie's Book Bank
• Feed My Starving Children
• The Sports Shed
• Twice as Nice Mother and Child

We will mail your t-shirt and race kit to the address you provide on this website. We'd love to see pictures of you participating, and they count toward our active photo contest!
