The Seventh-day Adventist Church places a strong emphasis on caring for the body, mind, and soul, guided by biblical principles that promote wholistic health. As part of our mission, we seek to share these principles, often referred to as the 8 Laws of Health with the broader community.

This event will include a family fun, 5K run or walk open to community members ages 5+ and all fitness levels, as well as a health fair offering educational resources focused on wellness and prevention. Registration includes, bib numbers, t-shirt, and medal. (Kids race only includes medal)

La Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día hace un fuerte énfasis en el cuidado integral del cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu, guiándose por principios bíblicos que promueven un estilo de vida saludable. 

Como parte de nuestra misión, deseamos compartir estos principios de bienestar integral, conocidos como las 8 Leyes de la Salud, con toda nuestra comunidad.

Este evento incluirá una Carrera/ Caminata Familiar Recreativa de 5K, abierta a personas de las edades 5+ e cualquier nivel de condición física, así como una Feria Comunitaria de Salud, donde se ofrecerán recursos educativos, evaluaciones preventivas e información para fomentar un estilo de vida saludable. La inscripción incluye el número de dorsal, la camiseta y la medalla. (Carrera de Ninos no incluye la camiseta)
