Entry Fees:
• $20 before Wednesday, May 23rd – shirt guaranteed day of event!
• $20 after Wednesday, May 23rd and on race day, shirt not guaranteed race day.
• Registration forms may be picked up at Mt. Carmel Public Library or requested
by email at mtclibraryfoundation@gmail.com.

5K race begins at Mount Carmel Public Library, 727 North Mulberry Street, Mount Carmel, IL and
follows a route near the scenic Wabash River, ending back at the library.
