Come Run/Walk with us for Charity
Come join us for our 4th Annual Lemons of Love PINK LEMONADE 5K - The 4th Slice- in Mount Prospect! Come run/walk with us to raise funds to build Lemons of Love bags for chemo patients.
Lemons of Love began in 2014 with a cancer diagnosis. After seeing so many people going through chemo sad and alone, we started making and delivering these bags to oncology wards at hospitals for those going through chemotherapy treatments. Our goal is to bring a smile to those during the darkest days of treatments. All proceeds of this 5k will go to Lemons of Love, Inc.
Bring the whole family... We will have an ART TABLE for the little ones to create "HAPPY PICTURES" that we use for the Lemons of Love bags. We need drawings with rainbows, sunshine, animals, smiley faces and other happy images to share with the chemo patients! If you can't run or walk, come out to cheer for your favorite runner on race day!
