Description
Angel for Autism is the slogan that was created to help us remember Traci Storey. Traci had just graduated with a degree in
Speech and Language Pathology and was working with children with Autism. A sensory room has been started in her honor in
Nashville and Okawville as well as sensory areas in other schools. Funds raised from the race will be used to help keep the
sensory room as well as set up scholarships for new rooms to be started. The Race will start at the Nashville Community Center
(455 S. Washington St. Nashville IL 62263). Packet pick up will be Friday Sept. 28th at the community center from 4pm - 6pm
in Nashville and Saturday Sept. 29th starting at 6:30am.
Bring the entire family and enjoy the happenings at the Nashville Fall Festival following the race!
Time: Registration:
6:30am – Registration and Packet pick up
7:45am – Race line up
8:00am – 5k/10 run and 5k walk begins
9:15am – ½ mile fun run/walk
9:40am – awards presentation
Prizes will be awarded to the overall top 5k/10k run participants in the following categories:
Top three male and female overall
Top three male and female finishers in the following age groups:
14 and under 15-19 20-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-64 65 and over
Top three male and female walkers overall will be awarded a prize.
Registered participants under the age of 10 participating in the 1/2 mile walk/run will receive a finisher’s medal.
