Description
Revamp your routine. Whether you walk, jog, or run, indoors or out, add this little interval to pump up your heart!
Indoor or Outdoor Summer Sprint Event, you pick the day, time, and location. Just get your shoes and go!
Treadmill, Big Gym Indoor Track, Outdoor City Block, or Your Favorite Path
If you choose a treadmill or your favorite route/trail/path. Walk, jog, or run every ¼ mile then stop to perform one of these exercises for 30 seconds (all exercises can be found on youtube: Kelly Petterson):
- Stance Jacks
- Russian Twists
- Wall Sits
- Alternating Kicks
- Plank Jacks
- Squats
- Speed Bag
- Alternating Lunges
- Burpees (with or without the push up)
Big Gym Indoor Track - Every 4 laps stop to perform one of those exercises for 30 seconds.
Outdoor City Block - Every 4 street lights stop to perform one of those exercises for 30 seconds.
