Description

Rock and Run for Mental Health is a live music, 5k, 1-mile fun run/walk and vendor event for charity supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention in Springfield, Illinois.

New this year, Rock & Run is moving to Legends Entertainment & Interurban Trail! There is an arcade, bar, bags, bowling, darts, and 5 food vendors to choose from!

Early bird registration opens on World Mental Health Day, Oct. 10, 2026.
Participants who register by Sunday, Aug. 15, 2027 receive a complimentary Rock & Run t-shirt. Medals are available at the finish line while supplies last.
Charity beneficiary to be announced early 2027.
