Rock and Run for Mental Health is a live music, 5k, 1-mile fun run/walk and vendor charity event supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention in Springfield, Illinois. 

Early bird registration opens on World Mental Health Day, Oct. 10, 2026. 

Participants who register by Sunday, Aug. 15, 2027 receive a complimentary Rock & Run t-shirt. Medals are available at the finish line while supplies last.
