Join us for a fun-filled Halloween morning at the 3rd Annual First Responder 5K! This family-friendly community event brings runners, walkers, families, and supporters together while helping Local 3291 continue supporting our local community and charitable organizations.

Whether you are an experienced runner chasing a personal best, a casual walker enjoying the community atmosphere, or a parent pushing a stroller alongside family and friends, this event is designed for everyone to enjoy. Our scenic 5K course through Rock Falls is stroller-friendly and welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels.

 
Kids Trick or Treat Fun Run
Before the main race, children 12 and under can participate in our Halloween-themed Trick or Treat Fun Run! Kids are encouraged to wear costumes and enjoy a fun pre-race experience filled with candy, excitement, and community spirit.

 
Supporting Great Causes
Proceeds from the event help the Rock Falls Fire Fighters Association Local 3291 support organizations both nationally and within our local community, including:

• Muscular Dystrophy Association
• College scholarships for students pursuing careers in emergency services
• Additional local charitable and community programs

Through this event, Local 3291 is able to continue giving back to causes and programs that make a positive impact.
