Ready to get in the game? PICK YOUR PLAY! is a 6-week workforce wellness challenge designed to help you build healthy, sustainable habits - one play at a time. There’s no single way to participate, no requirement to be the fastest or fittest.  You choose the plays that work for you.

Throughout the season, you'll work through a series of Play Cards, featuring activities across five focus areas:

Move - Get your body moving.
Mind - Strengthen your mental game.
Fuel - Fuel your body for success.
Recovery - Recharge. Reset. Refuel.
Team Huddle - Build your team.

🏆 How the Challenge Works

Each week, you'll receive a new Play Card filled with wellness plays.  Run a play & complete a square to earn 1 point.  Build a series by completing a row, column, or diagonal.  Keep completing plays to move through the season's milestones - from Move the Chains to the Red Zone, Goal Line, and ultimately a Touchdown!

🏈You Choose How to Compete:

Go solo and build your own momentum, or team up and complete your Play Card together.  Whether you're aiming for personal bests or coordinating plays with coworkers, you'll earn points by completing plays throughout your day. 

Your Season Scoreboard:

• Run a Play = 1 square = 1 point

• Build a Series = 5 in a row/column/diagonal = 5 points

• Move the Chains = 2 Series = 10 points

• Hit the Red Zone = 3 Series = 15 points

• Reach the Goal Line = 4 Series = 20 points

• Score a Touchdown! = The Full Card = 25 points
