Description
Free introductory event for members of Channahon-Minooka Running Club. Members are invited to sign up for this free exercise and fitness class at Treadfit Shorewood. Alex from Stretchex will be there to offer free assisted stretches. Attendees will be able to preview the fitness equipment in the gym, and refreshments will be served. Space is limited so please register early.
