Run Your Bundts Off 5k Fun Run & Walk

Come and Join Nothing Bundt Cakes, Girls on the Run of central Illinois & true north running to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of our Springfield Bakery

Everyone is welcome to run/walk!

Of course, you will be rewarded at the end of the race with a Bundtlet made by Nothing Bundt Cakes! 

Not only will you receive a Bundtlet, you will also receive:

PACKET PICK-UP:

Friday August 8th, from 4pm to 6 PM at Nothing Bundt Cakes Springfield. (2476 Wabash Ave Springfield Il – 62704 )
Race Morning at the race location starting at 7:15 AM

Any race packets  for participants that are not picked up during packet pick up or on race day will be donated.

Please note that we can't exchange t-shirt sizes at packet pickup. If we have extras after the race, you may go to the packet pickup tent following the race to see if your size is available for exchange. 

REGISTRATION:

• Registration will be available online (if not sold out) through race morning.
• If an event is not listed as "Sold Out", registrants will receive a finisher medal and race shirt.
• On-site race day registration (if not sold out) will be available from 7:30 AM until 15 minutes before the race start time. Please be prepared to log in to your RunSignUp account to register on-site on Race Day. Registration fees can be paid via credit card (No checks). 
• For race day registration, you should allow enough time to stand in line and go through the registration process (registration closes 15 minutes before the race start time).
• Register early to take advantage of discounts and guarantee your shirt and finisher medal!*
• Registrations for each event are limited and participants will not be able to register for an event once the cap is reached and the event is sold out. 
  
  

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

All   participants should plan to be ready to line up at the starting line by 8:15 AM to be ready to start the race at 8:30 AM. 5k Runners will line up closer to the start, with walk participants towards the back of the line

For the 5k, chipped timing will be used so your time DOES NOT start until you cross the start line.

AWARDS & EXTRAS:

Overall Male/Female

Overall Masters Male/Female

1st, 2nd, 3rd place age group awards. 

Overall winner Male and Female will receive a full-size Bundt Cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes! 

PARKING:  Parking is available at the Nelson Center as well as lots located around the park.

Event will be held rain or shine.

Race routes are subject to change. 

Any race packets for in-person runners that are not picked up during packet pick-up or on race day will be donated.

Race Benefactor: All profits from the race will be donated to Girls on the Run of Central Illinois and True North running.
