Description
Come run the back roads of Sterling, the birthplace of the clippers, on June 15, 2019. The race will be the kickoff to the anniversary celebration weekend! The race will start and end at Wahl Clipper Corporation’s headquarters, and the course is on the neighboring side streets. There will be one aid station with water at the halfway point. Your entry fee will get you a commemorative Wahl 100 year anniversary 5k t-shirt. Online registration will be open through June 14, 2019, but to guarantee a t-shirt you must register by May 12, 2019!
We will be partnering with the United Way of Whiteside County for this event, and all proceeds will go directly to help fund all the good work that the organization does for our community. More details about all the work they do can be found at www.uwwhiteside.org.

The age groupings for awards are as follows and are separate male/female:
14 and under

50-59
60-69
70-79
80+
Awards will be for 1st-3rd places in each age group, and for the 1st-3rd overall male and females.
