Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month with Hearts In Motion
Virtual 5K October 8 - 15, 2022

Sign up today to run, walk, or roll our family fun 5K to support Hearts In Motion's programming that helps Hispanic communities here in the U.S. and our human service programs in Guatemala. 

Pick any day and time during the week of Oct. 8 - 15 to complete our Virtual 5K. Join us on Facebook race week to see posts of runners, walkers, bikers, and hikers completing their 5K to help spread hope, healing, and happiness! Giving to Hearts In Motion is one of the best ways to support Hispanic countries, such as Guatemala, during National Hispanic Heritage month. This family fun 5K makes it easy for everyone to participate and honor the Hispanic heritage and how it has influenced our lives!

Our goal is to raise $7,000 to ensure that 50 unsponsored Guatemalan children in our school assistance program can complete their education in 2022. 

Your 5K registration can make a big difference!
$17.50 = two weeks of tuition, fees, and supplies
$35.00 = one month of tuition, fees, and supplies

Participants will be mailed a commemorative Hearts & Soles In Motion race bib for you to sport during race week and for social media posts!

Go an extra step and get your Hearts In Soles In Motion 5K Tee!  Go to our new online store and get your race gear for an additional fee.  For every tee, hoodie, or v-nick shirt, a portion of the sale goes to Hearts In Motion!  Order your shirt by September 17th to arrive in time for race week!

Guatemala is one of the least developed countries in Latin America, with almost half the population living below the poverty line. Every year we help 500+ children with an array of support, including food, medical care, surgery, school tuition and supplies, clothing, shelter, and safety. Sign up for Hearts In Motion 5K during National Hispanic Heritage Month to celebrate and support Hispanic culture and independence!
