Avon Night Light GLOW Walk/Run

Unfortunately, due to the unfavorable weather, Avon Night Light is CANCELLED. Thunderstorms are anticipated for later in the evening, and parts of the 5K path at the YMCA are flooded with water, posing a safety concern for participants. While the weather was unexpected and worked against our interest to provide a family run and carnival for the community, your contributions and support enabled us to raise more than $10,000 for Hendricks Regional Health Pediatrics and Prenatal care. Thank you very much for your interest in Avon Night Light and your contributions!

We will schedule dates to distribute Avon Night Light shirts. An email with more details will be sent later. Please be on the lookout for that.

Avon High School Student Government is hosting Avon Night Light Glow 5K Run/Walk and Community Fair to benefit Hendricks Regional Health Foundation Prenatal and Pediatric Care!  

***Online race registration closes at midnight Friday, April, 28th.  CASH ONLY registrations will be accepted Saturday from 6-7:15pm at Avon Night Light.***

***T-shirts NOT guaranteed for those who sign up after April 20th or during day-of registration***

5K Glow Run/Walk

The race will begin at 7:30 in the back of Hendricks Regional Health YMCA in Avon on US 36.  All proceeds from the $15 race fee will be donated to Hendricks Regional Health Pre-Natal Care and Pediatric Unit. WEDNESDAY, APRIL 20th is the last day to recieve a FREE T-SHIRT with your registration. A picture of the t-shirt is below the Race Contact Info section.

FREE Community Fair

Before, after, and during the run there will be a completley FREE Community Fun Fair great for all ages!  The Community  Fair is in the back grass field of the Hendricks Regional Health YMCA in Avon on 36 and begins at 6pm. In addition to a live DJ, there will be food trucks, Orange leaf, booths, bounce houses, and games for all ages! Items will be available to purchase as well. Come out for a great night in the community with friends and family!

Packet Pick Up

For those who register, we are having packet and t-shirt pick up on Friday, April 28th from 4-7pm at Runners Forum. If you are unavailable to come then, then you may be able to pick up your packet and t-shirt starting at 6pm on Saturday before the race.

***The event will continue RAIN OR SHINE.  Please check Avon High School website or Avon Night Light Facebook page in case of cancellation due to LIGHTNING/THREATENING WEATHER; because 100% of the fundraised money will be donated to Hendricks Regional Health Pediatrics and Prenatal care, the race and carnival will NOT be rescheduled for another date.***
