Companies accumulate points for their organization with team scores being kept for each team.
* Individual events are broken up into decade age groups so you are winning points against people in the same decade as yourself. The key to "winning" the challenge is to have at least 4 people in each event in each age group and in each gender so there are tons of possible points if we fill all of those boxes.
