The Strawberry Moon Twilight 5K, a part of the Heartland Full Moon Series, is one of the rare evening races, scheduled for June 18, starting at 7PM, and finishing before dusk. Athletes are invited to stick around for live music in the library gazebo and a big serving of strawberry shortcake!
Proceeds from the Strawberry Moon Twilight 5K benefit the Friends of Cicero Parks and the strawberry shortcake served afterwards benefits the Friends of the Library. Did I say strawberry shortcake? You betcha! You just ran a 5K, you deserve it!
