"Welcome to all the runners and walkers in the Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana area. My name is Mike Else and I am a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have coached all levels of runners from High School runners to runners training for Boston and beyond. Through my experiences, I have discovered some traits that have made athletes successful. Athletes of all levels need structured training in the form of a daily or weekly plan. They also react to the motivation they receive from weekly interaction with a coach and a training group of their peers. It is with these ideas in mind that I want to introduce you to the Epic Run Club. The Epic Run Club is designed to give each athlete the level of support they need. Always knowing they have the support and contact to a qualified coach and access to a training community for support."
