This 3-part series will cover the basics of self-defense for runners and walkers. Guided by 6th degree black belt Todd Sullivan, you will learn what attackers look for in a victim, how to stay alert and aware, and many self-defense tactics. Come dressed to sweat.
Monday, October 9th - Session 1: Lecture and working on striking
Monday, October 16th - Session 2: Escapes from grabs and working on the ground
Monday, October 23rd - Session 3: Putting it all together
