Our 100-hour YTT is more than Yoga training, it's life training
Whether you're planning to teach or want to improve your practice, we guide all of our students toward achieving greater confidence and a new clarity of self-potential. His lifelong approach to training connects the physical, mental, and spiritual so that we may mature as whole humans.
Throughout the course, you'll participate in dedicated talking and intentional listening circles, speak your truths, and hear those of your partners in exploration. Together we will explore, grow and share without judgment.
