Description
Come run a fantastic trail Half Marathon inside scenic Oak Ridge Prairie in Griffith Indiana. Proceeds for this events will help out Juvenial Diabetes. Help us protect our kids and sign up today. Choose between the half marathon distance or the quarter marathon distance. New this year is the 5k distance. All three races will start at the same time. The course is 90% trails inside the shaded wooded area. These trails are flat and smooth running. We did put one hill on this course, but other than that... flat and fast.
All Pregeristered runners will receive a pre race shirt if registered before August 1st.
The entrance fee for the park is free for pre registered runners.
There will be finishing medals for all runners who complete the quarter and half marathon courses.
This event is chip timed with ipico sports equiptment for fast and accurate results.
There will be overall award for all distances. There will also be five year age group awards.
You will receive an email closer tio race date concerning packet pick up.
There wil be water and gatorade along the course to keep your hydration levels up.

Packet Pickup and race day registration start at 8:15 AM inside the park at Shelter #1.
The race will start at 9:am. Both distances will start at the same time.
