Top 3 Age Group, 10 & Under, 11 – 12, 13 – 14, 15 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 34, 35 – 39, 40 – 44, 45 -49, 50 – 54,
55 - 59, 60 – 64, 65 – 69, 70 – 74, 75 and up.

Pre-Race Registration Fee $20 without shirt; $25 with shirt,   (Must register by August 21st to guarantee shirt and size).  Race Day Registration Fee is $25 without shirt; $30 with shirt. 

RACE DAY Packet Pick Up and Race Day Registration opens at 9:00AM at the Griffith YMCA, 201 N. Griffith Blvd, Griffith, IN.  Race starts at 10:30AM. Post-Race Celebration immediately following the race awards will begin approximately at 11:30 AM.

Unclaimed Overall and Age Group Awards and race packets for individuals that registered but did not participate in the event may be claimed within 7 days following the event at The Extra Mile Fitness Co., 1330 E. Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN 46383. After 7 days all unclaimed merchandise will be donated or recycled.

The 5K route will start and finish at the Griffith YMCA, 201 N. Boulevard, Griffith IN 46319 and travel down the newly renovated Broad St., through beautiful Central Park and ties into the Bike Trail.  The race will kick off all of the fun and excitement of the Rock N’ Rail Festival.  The area’s best bands, great food vendors and activities and all of the entertainment you can handle will immediately follow the race.  Participants over the age of 21 receive a free beer in the beer garden.
