PBT Coach Matt Ebersole is again partnering with Indy Runners to provide an 18-week speed program focused on improving time and running efficiency through the summer and fall. Weekly group workouts take place on Tuesday evenings outside the Indianapolis Art Center and include steady state runs, intervals, hill workouts, track workouts and other efforts.
