PBT Coach Matt Ebersole is once again offering Summer/Fall speed sessions for members of Indy Runners. Weekly group workouts are designed to help you build speed and endurance with a mix of workouts throughout the season. All paces, including walkers, and experience levels are welcome and encouraged.
Group workouts take place each Tuesday at 5:40p at 67th Street and the Monon Trail, near the Indianapolis Art Center in Broad Ripple. Coach Ebersole will be on-hand for instruction and questions. This program is a complement to Indy Runners' Saturday Fall Training Program runs held at the the Broad Ripple River House Patio.
Speed Sessions run from July 9 through the Monumental Marathon & Half Marathon on November 9, 2019.
Indy Runners Members: $50
Non-Members: $85 (includes annual Indy Runners membership)
