Harmonie Trail Half-Marathon

The Harmonie Half, a 13.1 mile trail half marathon, will take place on Saturday, May 30th, 2015. Registration will open on December 15th and is limited so don't wait and miss out on this great new event!

The race features a single 13.1 mile loop around the park using a mixture of the hiking, running, and mountain bike trails. There will be two aid stations as well as a drop bag station. We will have music playing on several sections of the trail to keep you going.

Every participant will receive a custom race bib with his or her name on it. Everyone will also receive a race t-shirt. Participants can elect to upgrade to a Holloway Dri-Excel tech shirt for a small fee. All finishers will receive a custom finisher’s award.

Runners can park at the park’s boat ramp just off Artisan Well Rd. or at the park’s pool. We will have shuttles running back and forth all day. All vehicles entering the park will have to pay $5 per in state and $7 per car out of state unless you have a yearly pass.

The course aid stations will have water and Gatorade. Post-race will feature great food and refreshments.

The race will start promptly at 8:00am. We will be using a wave start based on your expected finishing time. Waves will start 2 minutes apart. We will be using our state of the art chip timing system and will have a half way split set-up. WALKERS ARE WELCOME. Race cutoff time is 5:00 hours from the start of the last wave.

Minimum participant age is 13 as of race day, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Post-race awards will begin at 10:30am. Awards for the top three overall male & female runners. Awards the top masters male and female, 40+. Overall and Masters Awards will be based on ‘Gun Start Time’ and will not be eligible for age group awards. Age groups will be 13-18, 19-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-65, and 65+.

All runners will receive an email confirmation prior to the event with packet pick-up and parking instructions. We look forward to seeing everyone at this great new event that is sure to be a sell-out!
