This event is a fundraiser for the New Haven High School Athletic Department and all proceeds go to New Haven High School Athletics. Donations are welcome!!!
1/2 Marathon Course: Course update - due to the construction at New Haven High School moving to its next phase, the start and finish for the race will be now at Jury Park, 1702 Glencoe Blvd. New Haven, IN 46774. Packet pick-up will take place at Jury Pool, which is located in the park. The course will now go through Glencoe to Aberdeen to Green Road and follow the rest of the course to Harding and then back to Jury Park. The course is an out and back with the turn around on the old Harding HS track and then finishing on the NHHS track. The course is primarily paved roads and there will be aid stations provided. It will start with a lap on the New Haven High School track and then exit via gate and head out the south end of the high school parking lot and turn right onto Green Road. It will follow Green Road and turn right onto Paulding Road. It will follow Paulding Road to the Harding Campus. After doing a lap on the track, the course heads back to NHHS in reverse to finish on the track.
1/4 Marathon Course: This course will follow the 1/2 Marathon Course with the turn around being on Paulding Road.
Entrants will receive a short sleeve shirt.
The race is available for walkers, but must be completed in 4 hours.
1/2 Marathon Awards: All runners will receive a finisher medal. The overall male and female winner along with top finisher in each of the 10 year age groups will receive an award.
1/4 Marathon Awards: The winner of each age group will receive an award.
Age groups: 19 & younger, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69,70 & older
Packet pick-up will open one hour before race time at Jury Pool main entrance.
