The Sweetheart Scoot 5K/10K Relay is a chip-timed, sanctioned 5k run at Noblesville’s beautiful Forest Park in honor of Valentine’s Day. All athletes will start at the same time, competing for individual age group awards, and additionally, teams of sweethearts will have their cumulative times added for additional awards as part of the relay division. Sweetheart team athletes are additionally eligible for age group awards, based on their individual times.

Hot chocolate, 2 person Sweetheart cakes and flowers will be available for athletes at the finish (along with the normal assortment of bananas, water, Gatorade and cookies). All pre-registered athletes will additionally receive a long sleeve t-shirt and finisher’s medal.

Registration Schedule:
$20 per participant until 10/31
$25 per participant until 12/31
$30 per participant until 2/4
$35 per participant until 2/12

Online registration closes at 11:59 PM on Thursday, February 12, and the deadline to register to guarantee a T-Shirt is 11:59 PM on Thursday, February 5.

Packet Pickup: Packet pickup for the 2015 Sweetheart Scoot will occur on Thursday, February 12, from 5:00PM-7:30PM at the Runner's Forum Fishers location (Runner's Forum, 14033 Mundy Dr, Fishers, IN 46038). In order to provide you with the best possible race experience on race day, we ask you make every effort to pick up your packet at this point in time.

FAQ:

Q: Can I stop by outside of packet pickup hours to pick up my packet?
A: Runner’s Forum does not have your packet pickup materials, as Heartland Endurance Sports will be bringing all packet pickup materials to Runner’s Forum. We will have your packet pickup items during the designated packet pickup time. Please feel free to stop by early to buy shoes, but you will not be able to pick up your packet until the packet pickup time scheduled.

Q: I live out of town and cannot make it to packet pickup, what should I do?
A: You can have someone pick up your packet, if possible. if you are not able to do this, please plan on arriving between 7am-8am on race day to pick up your packet.

Q: I'm a volunteer, do I need to come to packet pickup?
A: If you are a volunteer, while you do not need to come to packet pickup, please feel free to come pick up your shirt and parking pass, if you would like.

Q: Can I have someone pick up my packet for me?
A: Yes, please give them a copy of your confirmation email.

Q: Is it possible to register someone at packet pickup?
A: Yes, though we would not be able to guarantee them a shirt. They can come see us after the awards ceremony to see if there are leftover shirts.

Race Day: We will be onsite by 7:00 am for packet and chip pickup, as well as race day registration. To ensure we can start the race on time, please plan to be onsite at least an hour prior to race to pick up your timing chip. Please note, we may not be able to allow registrations within 45 minutes of the race starting, or check in within 30 minutes of the race start. Check-in will be at the blue tent near the finish line.

Parking: The park has ample parking available. Should the parking become full, you will be directed where to park.
