Twisted Run at Baugo Creek

This running race will experiment with methods for implementing social distancing practices. For instance:
* Online registration only;
* Start times spread out over 2 hours - you select your start;
* No more than 25 people per start time;
* Results posted online only; and
* Bring your own water.

This race will be a cross between a cross country race, an adventure run, a trail run, and a road race. It will be fun and challenging for everyone whether you run or walk; whether you want to be competitive or social (at 6+ feet).

What makes this race Twisted? Each course will have checkpoints for you to visit. Some of the checkpoints are not on the trail. The location of the checkpoints will be identified on a map given to you at the start. You decide the fastest route between the checkpoints. As a result, your actual distance depends on the route choices you make.

The course is on dirt paths, dirt roads, grass fields, and, woods.

You can select a start time (aka corral) for anytime during the start window of 11a - 1p. You can do more than one course as long as you start that extra course during the start window.

Meet HQ, the start, and finish will be at the Orchard Shelter.

Course Distances:
To estimate your actual distance add 20% to the distance.
Short: 1.7k
Middle: 3.5k
Long: 5.2k

Day of the event pricing: $25 for those that are 19+ and $15 for those that are 18 and under. Get a discount for online registration.

If the Indiana Stay at Home order is still in effect, then the race will be postponed or cancelled.
