PWC 5K Responder Run

This is a 5K benefit race for the Plymouth Police and Fire Departments and the Marshall County Sherriff's Department sponsored by Plymouth Wesleyan Church.  It is a way to show our appreciation for the organizations that we depend on locally for emergency services. The Responder Run will donate all monies equally between the Police, Fire, and Sheriff Departments.

Starting at PWC this beautiful country course proceeds down Michigan Rd. one mile to 12th Rd, continuing past the Plymouth Race Track to Maple St. down to 11th Rd. and back to PWC. Official times will be given up to 50 minutes.

The course will be staffed by Plymouth Police and County Sheriff and an ambulance is scheduled to be on the property for any emergencies.

• A fireman will be running the 5K in full gear and the race will begin with a gun shot and end with a run through a fire hose spray.
• There will be 1-2 water stops.
• The KIDZONE will be provided, rain or shine.

The KIDZONE will be professionally staffed and monitored, and free to all children age K-6th grade from 8:30–10am. KIDZONE will include several blow up games, crafts, and snacks.

Overall awards to the top 3 finishers.
