Race Morning: Updates and Notes
Runners, Walkers, Volunteers and Friends: HERE WE GO!
- Race Day Registrations: Yep! We are all set if you prefer to signup onsite. Bring a friend!
- Weather: Cloudy and mid-60s for both races. Lovely June weather and we expect a few PRs. Rain is forecast a bit after race start and we do recommend packing your rain gear just in case.
- Check-in: We are open at 7:00am for packet pickup and signup. Please bring coffee. Lots of coffee.
- Raffle Tickets: Seriously: the raffle items are amazing this year. Bring a few extra dollars ($20.00 for a nice discount deal) and you won't regret it.
- T-Shirts: If you registered on or before May7th your selected shirt size is locked-down and ready for pickup. If you registered -after- May 7th, T-Shirts are available and we will do our best to get you yours in the desired size. Please arrive as early as possible before our inventory runs out. The shirt is rad. Trust us.
- Parking and Location: As you enter the park at the intersection of McCool Road and Portage Avenue you will proceed along the drive to the road split point. At the split, you may find parking to your right early in the morning. Otherwise, ample parking is available ahead in the park. Please walk over to the Imagination Glen - Outback Trail area for registration and packet pickup.

- Clydesdale and Athena opt-in category: If you would like to be included in the Clydesdale or Athena groups please speak with Timer Mike at the timing tent or speak with a volunteer at the registration table. We have lovely awards for this category as well as all age groups.
Description
We are honored to invite to you the Third Annual MS Warrior Dash 5K and 15K at the lovely Imagination Glen - West Park in Portage, Indiana on Saturday June 1st 2024.
All proceeds benefit MS Run the US, a nonprofit providing vital direct equipment donations to those living with MS. Will you help us to fight MS one mile at a time? Read more about MS Run the US. Our very own Race Director Stephanie Crook ran 143 miles in 5 days in July of 2022 as one of 19 Segment runners traversing the entire US. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to continue her fundraising and advocacy efforts through the MS Warrior Dash Race Series.

- PLEASE NOTE: Registration prices will increase as we approach race day. Signup early to lock in your discounted price!
- 15K Race: Open Start Line from 8:00am - 8:15am
- 5K Race: Open Start Line from 8:15am - 8:25am
- Please Note: We will start the 15K (8:00) -before- the 5K (8:15) to minimize interactions between the races on the course.
- Open Start Lines allow participants to start when they feel comfortable and safe! We kindly ask competitive runners to start on 'gun' time.
- Professional Chip Timing by Michael Knopp who also happens to be a Segment runner from 2022 and experienced race timer.

- Spend the morning with the community after the race. We have a few surprises lined up for attendees!

Greetings Walkers, Runners, and Rad Humans! We are excited to share a few updates on behind-the-scenes planning for the 3rd Annual MS Warrior Dash.
New for 2024
15K and 5K distances - The MS Warrior Dash Team has expanded our longer race distance to provide a challenging and not terribly common race distance! Join us for a unique distance and a great course for a PR.
Custom Race Shirts and Medals - We are so very excited to introduce our first year of branded and custom MS Warrior Dash swag. We will be posting updates in the coming weeks and can't wait to show you our designs. Trust us: IT'S RAD!
Calumet Region Striders Gold Cup and Elite Series - We are -honored- to now be a Gold Cup Series Race on the Calumet Region Striders 2024 schedule. Please note that our 15K distance is additionally a Gold Cup Elite Series Race
