Virtual Trot for Kids - 5K

WHAT 

Virtual 5K!
Runners take on the 5K distance on their own time and place, and record themselves using a running app or GPS watch in order to submit their results online.

  Prices – 
     $30.00* – 10 years and up
      $FREE** – 9 years and under

  **(Children 9 & under FREE, with paid participant) shall be registered by a Parent or Guardian and it is strongly encourage for the parent or guardian to run with/along participant.

    *T-Shirts are limited, and will sell out! The add on for 9 years and under will have a choice between participant medal or race shirt.

WHEN

Participants can submit time, picture(s), starting: Monday, November 16, 2020 until Monday, November 30, 2020.

WHERE

ANYWHERE!! 
The virtual event can be completed wherever the participant chooses, including indoor runs or walk on a treadmill.

WHY

To raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Hospital (St Jude Hero, dLoRuns4Kids) and Fueling a Future.  DOING IT FOR THE KIDS! 

Awards goes to: 

- Best “November/Fall” Costume for female/male. There are so many creative options, from turkeys to pie(s) to yams to football players, really the ideas are endless! Picture will be submitted during Monday, November 16, 2020 until Monday, November 30, 2020.  Last date to submit picture will be November 30, 2020.  Voting will take place for 5 days, social media style.
