RUN FOR BACON!
Join the Family Justice Center on June 22, 2019 for the second annual Bacon Around the Bend 5k! Participants will complete this 5k piggy pilgrimage while feasting on savory strips of meat-candy. Whether you run, walk, skip, and crawl, finishers will celebrate their achievement with post-race bacon-themed snacks. Participants over the age of 21 will also have the opportunity to toast their achievement with festive libations (bacon and Bloody Mary's anyone?). Need we say more? You run, we feed you bacon...it's that simple!

Cost:
$35 for ages 21+ includes drink ticket, t-shirt, and BACON
$25 student rate for ages 20 and under includes t-shirt and BACON
$10 child rate for ages 12 and under includes t-shirt and BACON
Babies and toddlers in strollers do not need to register but will not receive a t-shirt

This year's race shirts will be the tech-tee style and do run small. Please order a size up for best fit. Shirts are only guaranteed for participants  that register before noon on Friday, June 13. After this date, shirts will be first come, first served and we will sell out so register early! **UPDATE! Shirts are sold out!**

Bring your family (strollers welcome)!
Costumes encouraged!

For participants age 21+, one drink ticket will be included in your packet. Please bring this with you to the finish line party at Corby's Irish Pub. Water and soft drinks will also be available at no charge.

This event is a celebration of everyone’s favorite food (BACON!) that also serves as an opportunity for the FJC to share its mission of providing help, healing, and hope to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and their families.
