Upland Labor Day 5K Run/Walk

The Upland Lions Club is pleased to host the 12th annual Upland Labor Day 5K! The race will be held at Upland Community Church, with the route this year still to be set as we await updates on the Main Street sidewalk construction. The Upland Lions Club is a local nonprofit that partners with other area organizations to improve and enrich the lives of those who live in Upland and the surrounding area. 
Registration 7:00-7:50 AM
Race begins at 8:00 AM
Awards presented at 9:00 AM
Medals are awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age bracket:
14 and Under
15-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
60-69
70+
Medals will also be awarded to the top 3 overall male and female 5K Walk finishers.

2025 Upland Labor Day Festival "Hoosiers" themed T-shirts guaranteed to those who sign up no later than 8/22/25, after which extra shirts are given on a first-come, first-serve basis for registrations.

ROUTE INSTRUCTIONS:

The race will begin at the west entrance of Upland Community Church, and runners will head east toward 2nd St
Turn left on 2nd St, then head north to Washington St
Turn left on Washington St, then head west toward Upland Park
Turn left at the basketball goals and take the side road that loops through Upland Park, then turn right on Washington St and head east (back the way you came from)
Turn right on 2nd Street and head south all the way to Reade Ave (at Taylor University)
Turn right on Reade Ave, then turn right on 3rd St
The race will end on 3rd St, right before the intersection with McCabe Ave
