If you are signing up, considering or even had a tiny thought of running a fall half or full marathon in the fall of 2022. The Extra Mile has the experience, program and people to help get you to that finish line.
Fall Half & Full Marathon Training - June 19th thru November 5, 2022
(This training time line can be modified to your goal marathon)

PROGRAM BEGINS WEEK OF JUNE 19th
This custom program is geared to the first time half or full marathoner, as well as, any seasoned goal-orientated runners. We welcome all paces and abilities. Our coaches will help customize a program to meet your goal half or full marathon. You will receive support throughout the program via email newsletters, Facebook group page, assisted intervals & long runs, training shirt and unlimited access to the coaches for personalized questions. All of the coaches are seasoned marathoners (4 of them have done over 20 marathons, qualified and participated in the Boston Marathon and have studied and trained using various methods).
THE DETAILS:
Program Dates – June 19th thru November 5th
Group Runs – Tuesdays at 5:30 am or 6:00 p.m. and Sundays @ 7:00 a.m. and some Saturdays.
THE COST: $90/PERSON (Does not include race entry)

Sunday, May 22nd at 7:00 a.m. from Extra Mile Fitness Company - (1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, Indiana) - this is a great way to get an idea out to set a base before the "Official" training starts, meet the coaches, ask about the training, join in a run choosing your distance from 3 to 8 miles. All paces are welcome.
Sunday, June 12th at 7:00 a.m. from Extra Mile Fitness Company - (1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, Indiana) - this is a great way to get an idea out to set a base before the "Official" training starts, meet the coaches, ask about the training, join in a run choosing your distance from 4 to 10 miles. All paces are welcome.
