Description

Join the Extra Mile Spring Half Marathon trainig program.  This program is designed to help you reach your marathon prepared and confident.  The training plan is semi-customized to meet your current fitness level and experience.  The coaching staff has the experience to help 1st time half marathoners thru Boston Qualifiers.   This program is designed to support upcoming spring half marathons from April 1st thru May 28th.  

CALL OUT MEETING - Thursday, December 15th at 6:30 p.m. at the Extra Mile Fitness Company, 1330 E Lincolnway, Valparaiso, IN 46383

TRAINING DATES - February 12th thru May 28th.  

GROUP RUNS - Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. and Sunday mornings at 7:30 a.m.

COST - $70.00
