Extra Mile Half Marathon Spring Training 2021
Program begins Saturday, February 6th with a run starting at Extra Mile Fitness Company.
We love a diverse group of runners! All paces and abilities are encouraged and welcomed in the Extra Mile Training Programs.
EXMI training programs are geared to the first time half marathoner as well as seasoned, goal-orientated runners. Our certified and vastly experienced coaches have created science-based programs suited to various abilities and customizable to various goal races. In addition to weekly coach-led interval workouts on Tuesdays and fully supported long runs on Sundays, you will receive support throughout the entire program via email newsletters, a private Facebook group page, the Final Surge Online training platform and unlimited access to coaches for any personalized questions.
