Thursday, January 31st @ 6:15 p.m. – Join Tracy Campbell, Physical Therapist with TLC Physical Therapy as she shares 5 key movements that help strengthen your hips. Tracy recently received her continuing education as a Certified Running Gait Analyst. If you have a dysfunction with your running form, she is here to help get you back on track.
