OE MARATHON NIGHT AT THE EXTRA MILE

Opportunity Enterprises is excited to announce a kick-off run on June 27, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., hosted by Extra Mile (1300 East Lincolnway, Valparaiso) for registered OE Runners or runners who are interested in learning more about becoming a part of the OE Runners team. This year, the team will be training for fall races with special perks at the United Way of Porter County Valparaiso Half Marathon on October 23 and the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, Half-Marathon, and 5K on November 5.

The event will include a 5K Fun Run, and a storewide event at Extra Mile, where guests will have the opportunity to meet with key members of the running community: 

Extra Mile – United Way of Porter County – Athletico – Dr. Paul Sommer (Podiatrist) – Higdon Trainers – Galloway Trainers –  Harvest Circle Workshop superfood snacks - YMCA Personal Trainers, Brittany Tripp & Cariann Turner - Intergrated Movement Owner & Personal Trainer, Andrew Wallen - Wright Baker, Leeann Wright.

OE staff will be available to answer questions, sign up runners, take note of uniform sizes, and get runners pumped up for the start of the training season.

Runners who sign up for the 2016 OE team receive group training, online updates, a Fun-Run and Party in the month following the races, team shirts, and more. OE Runners, a team that has been around for nearly 19 years, is excited to participate in the Valparaiso Half Marathon and the Indy Monumental this year.
