Gobble Wobble 5K for Food Finders

Join us on Thanksgiving Day for the Gobble Wobble 5K! This is a 5K race that you can run or walk, taking place in West Lafayette at Cumberland Park. The event supports the local Food Finders Food Bank through donations and is a great way to kick off your Thanksgiving morning. We encourage both runners and walkers to register for the event. Bring your friends, family, and furry sidekicks...it's fun for all! Strollers and wagons are allowed, however, we ask you start in the back when lining up at the start line. This goes for anyone running or walking with a dog as well.

The race is limited to 400 participants (300 chip-timed spots and 100 untimed spots).

RACE POM POM BEANIE:

A race pom pom beanie is included with CHIP-TIMED bib registration only. The hat says "RUN, GOBBLE, NAP". Those who register for a free, untimed bib will not receive a pom pom beanie. 

REGISTRATION:

You must register online in order to participate in the event. Participants can register for a chip-timed bib or an untimed bib. Untimed bib registration is free and does not include a race pom pom beanie. Chip-timed bib registration is $25.00 (excludes RunSignUp processing fee) and each participant will receive one pom pom beanie.

CHIP-TIMED registration will close on November 20th at 11:59pm. UNTIMED registration will only be offered on race morning if spots are still available. If spots are available, we will offer in-person untimed registration from 7:30am-8:30am at the South Shelter in Cumberland Park. 

We encourage all participants to register before the event to limit race day confusion. Chip-timed registration will not be offered on the morning of the event. Please register by November 20th to secure a chip-timed bib.

DONATIONS:

In order to support Food Finders, we're accepting both monetary and food donations. All donations can be dropped off during store hours at Fleet Feet in West Lafayette. Monetary donations are accepted in the form of cash or check. Please make checks payable to Food Finders Food Bank. We will also collect donations on the morning of the event.

PACKET PICK-UP:

Packet pick-up will be on Wednesday, November 22 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet in West Lafayette. Donations for Food Finders can be dropped off during this time as well. We will also accept donations on Thanksgiving morning at the event if you can't make it to packet pick-up.
