I Ran 4 a Sled Dog 5k Run/1 Mile Walk

This event is to raise money for Northern Lights Sled Dog Rescue. 100% of the profits made will go directly to helping with the day-to-day care of the dogs at NLSDR.

If you register by 5:00PM on Friday October 17th you will receive an event T-shirt & your entry into Prophetstown State Park paid. Registrations received between 5:01PM on October 17th at 5:00PM on Friday October 31st will get entry into the park paid.

Event T-shirts will be for sale at the event or by emailing us at h2m25k@gmail.com.

There is also the "Virtual Run" option. Please sign up and let us know that you will be participating in your home town. You will still receive an event T-shirt (if you register by Oct. 17th) and a certificate of completion. Post your time on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/h2m2sleddog5k.

Dogs are welcome to participate in the event. Just make sure they are leashed at all times and under your control. You will also be required to clean up any messes. There will be bandanas & treats for each dog who attends.

Parking will be paid for by the event if you sign up by 5:00pm on Friday October 31st. It is $6 per car to enter park if you register the day of the event.

Event begins at 8:30am, with the run/walk starting at 9:30am.

Bring: ID, registration confirmation, and signed waiver form.

The Franklin Timing Company will be timing the event.
