Description
The Semper 5K race, hosted by Purdue's Semper Fortis Society, is being held to honor those who have served, while creating awareness for the veteran community. Proceeds from the race will benefit Summit for Soldiers- an organization that aims to provide community and peer-to-peer support, camaraderie and encouragement to struggling veterans and their families through outreach, education and “adven-therapy” programs.
The race will commence at the North end of Ross Ade Stadium. An ample amount of parking space will be available near the event location.
