This race falls on the eve of Pierogi Fest, the third largest event in the State of Indiana.
Entry Fee: (includes T-shirt*, sample pierogis, and adult beverages)
Registration Fees: $30 if registered by July 20th
$35 if registering after July 20th

Race day packet pick up starts at 5:00PM at Calumet College, 2400 New York Avenue, Whiting, IN.

Awards for the 5K Run are presented to:
Computerized Timing provided by T&H Timing, including mile marker clocks.
Participants will sample Pierogis at the post race party will be held after awards in front of the Dennis Rittenmeyer Athletic Center at CCSJ. Post race party will also include adult beverages provided by Bulldog Brewery with live music. Parking will be available at CCSJ. Scenic course route will start at the college, journey on the bike path between Lost Marsh Golf Course and Rogers Lake towards Calumet Avenue. Runners will then cross over the new overpass over Calumet Avenue, turn right and run alongside Wolf Lake and circle back around, up and over the overpass and back to the college. All participants will be entered into a free door prize raffle of Adidas giveaways, age group winners will receive 16 ounce glass mugs, race t-shirts will be Adidas Climalite, and other surprises. Post race pierogis will be provided by Center Lounge, Cavalier Inn, Dan's Pierogis, Big Frank's Sausage, and more to be named as well as other activities to be provided in the runners village.
