SHIRT FAQs:

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT SIZE IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET? If your I Run 4 Boobs swag has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shirt selection. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you. All changes must be made prior to Oct 16th

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIRT SIZE AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED IT? Once you have received your I Run 4 Boobs gear in the mail, we aren't able to accommodate shirt exchanges. Sorry!

DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART AVAILABLE? Not at this time. Mens shirts are Next Level, ladies tanks are Bella Flowy Tanks

 

RUNNING FAQs:

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RUN? A Virtual Run is an event you can complete Anytime/Anywhere! There isn't a set time or place since virtual runs are meant for you to complete at your convenience and at your own pace.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME? - The completion of the 5K is on the honor system- so there is no need for you to submit your time.  Once you have completed your run, just wear your swag with pride!

IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP WE NEED TO USE TO TRACK OUR TIME? You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like.

CAN I COMPLETE MY VIRTUAL RUN BEFORE I HAVE RECEIVED MY GEAR? You don't have to wait to receive your gear in the mail- you can complete your run at any time. However, if you do wait to receive your package in the mail you will be able to wear you I Run 4 Boobs swag and rock your bling when you have finished your run.

 

SHIPPING FAQs:

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?  If your I Run 4 Boobs swag has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shipping address. Just shoot us an email and we can make that change for you. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY GEAR HAS SHIPPED? All race packages will be shipped approx 4-6 weeks following the registration closure on Oct 31st. We will ship them all out on the same day and send a quick update letting you know it shipped!

DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?   We can, yes! However, our registration system sometimes has issues accepting these addresses. Please shoot us an email and we can help you out.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes, depending on where you live there may be an extra charge for shipping. Please contact us at support@girlsgonerx.com to verify


REGISTRATION & REFERRAL FAQs: 

HOW CAN I RECEIVE ANOTHER COPY OF MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? You can resend yourself a copy of your confirmation email from your RunSignUp profile. Here is a tutorial with the steps to complete this on your end.

HOW CAN I FIND MY REFERRAL LINK? There are 2 different ways you can view your referral link. You can find your unique link in your confirmation email or from your RunSignUp profile - HERE

HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE REGISTERED THROUGH MY REFERRAL LINK? Thank you for referring your friends! You can track your referred registrations through your RunSignUp Profile. Log into RunSignUp and go to Runner Links>>My Referrals or click THIS LINK.  Once you refer your 4th friend, we will automatically process your refund, which can take 5-7 business days.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on any registrations.
