COURSE

The 4 mile course starts and finishes at the Williams Street entrance of the Ma & Pa Trail. The course is an out-and-back on the trail, with the turnaround point located near the intersection with Tollgate Road. There is a narrow section where runners go under the Route 1 overpass (roughly 1.6 miles & again at 2.4 miles) affectionately called "THE SQUEEZE" - please be considerate of fellow runners and walkers and stay single file and as far to the right as possible when you approach this area (signs will let you know it's coming).

Please note: Strollers are not permitted on the course as parts of the route are very narrow.

Dogs, and bicycles (and any other wheeled devices) are also not permitted.

Restrooms are located at the start/finish, as well as near the turnaround point near Tollgate Road.
