The Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge is a two-day event that brings companies and employees together through friendly competition, team building, health and wellness, and community engagement. Participants can choose from compatitive, recreational, fitness and community-focused activities designed for a wide range of interests and ability levels.

The 2027 Corporate Challenge will take place June 24-26, 2027.

Opening Night: Thursday, June 24
Friday Main Event: Friday, June 25
Saturday Main Event: Saturday, June 26

The Main Event takes place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedyway in Indianapolis. Opening Night activities and certain competitions may use designated locations within or around the event footprint.

Visit Maps & Locations for the most current event, parking, course and location maps. The live site currently identifies IMS as the main Corporate Challenge location.

Each company participates in one Main Event day - either Friday or Saturday. Both days follow the same overall Corporate Challenge format, although exact competition time and division assignments may vary.

Opening Night activities take place on Thursday before the Main Event days.

Opening Night includes the Cycling Time Trial and Pickleball Tournament.

Participants should review the Opening Night schedule, event rules and Maps & Locations before arriving.

Employees of registered companies can participate as members of their company's Corporate Challenge team. 

Friends and family also have select opportunities to participate or attend. Friends and family can also participate in the 5K or 10K through the Friends & Family registration option. Additional Friends & Family information is available in Know Before You Go. 

No. Corporate Challenge is designed for people of all abilities and fitness levels. Corporate Challenge includes compeetitive events as well as recreational, participation, wellness and community-focused opportunities.

Activities range from running and cycling to Yoga, Zumba, Total Body Fitness, Good Sport events, bracketed tournaments and other ways to get involved.

A company first registers a Corporate Challenge team based on its company size. Once the company team has been created, employees can register as participants and join their company's team.

Companies compete in divisions based on the number of employees in their organization. This allows companies to compete against organizations of a similar size.

Corporate Challenge has four divisions based on company size:

2027 team pricing is based on company division and selected Main Event day.

Companies planning to compete on Friday can lock in the early registration rate by registering by December 31, 2026. Saturday pricing remains the same throughout the registration period.

Corporate Challenge team registration includes unlimited participation for eligible employees. Individual competitions may have roster sizes, capacity limits or other event-specific participation requirements.

The team entry fee includes an unlimited number of employee entries, complimentary lunch, one (1) professionally installed 9’x10’ team headquarters tent, two (2) tables, and ten (10) chairs as well as access to exclusive virtual health and wellness content.

Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Members receive either a discount or complimentary team entry depending on membership level.

Yes. Each participant should complete their own registration so they are properly associated with their company and the events in which they plan to participate.

Yes. Participants can take part in multiple Corporate Challenge activities as long as competition times do not conflict and all event-specific requirements are met.

Review the Event Schedules page before slecting overlapping acitivities.

Event selections can generally be updated prior to applicable registration deadlines. Participants should review their RunSignup registration or contact their Team Captain if they need assistance making a change.

Notify your Team Captain as soon as possible. Depending on the event and timing, your team may be able to adjust its roster or substitute another eligible participant.

Registration deadlines will be posted on the Corporate Challenge website and communicated to Team Captains. Some competitions may have earlier roster or registration deadlines, so participants should pay close attention to event-specific information.

First confirm that your company has compelted its Corporate Challenge team registration. If you still cannot locate your company, contact your Team Captain before creating or joining another team.

Team Captains are the primary connection between Indiana Sports Corp and their company. They help recruit participants, communicate important information, coordinate their company's participation and help employees navigate registration and event requirements.

Yes. Companies can have additional contacts help coordinate their Corporate Challenge team. Companies should identify a primary Team Captain while ensuring all additional contacts are aligned on registration, communication and team responsibilities.

Participants should first contact their company's Team Captain for company-specific questions, including team participation, internal communication and event assignments. Participants can also use Coach CC, the Corporate Challenge AI Chatbot for general event questions.

Participants should bring their official participant bib, company/team shirt, appropriate athletic attire and shoes, a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, weather-appropriate gear, personal medications and any event-specific equipment required for their activities.

Yes. Registered participants should wear their official participant bib while competing. Running participants should also have the appropriate timing tag attached when required.

Yes. Water and Powerade will be available at designated hydration locations throughout the event.

Yes. Lunch is provided for registered Corporate Challenge participants during the Main Event, and additional food and beverage options may be available.

Yes. Participants are encouraged to stay after competition and celebrate with coworkers at the Corporate Challenge Party.

Corporate Challenge takes place rain or shine whenever conditions allow. Indiana Sports Corp will monitor weather and communicate any delays, schedule changes, cancellations or safety instructions through official event communication channels when necessary.

Weather delays, schedule changes and other time-sensitive information will be communicated through official Corporate Challenge channels and may also be communicated onsite by event staff or announcements.

Yes. Restroom facilities are available throughout the main Corporate Challenge event area at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Event maps will help participants locate facilities and other amenities.

Medical services are available at designated locations throughout Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Yes. Friends and family are welcome to attend and support Corporate Challenge participants. Spectator access and event-day information will be provided before the event.

Yes. Friends and family members of competing employees can take part in the 5K and 10K races. Those friends and family members who wish to have their race officially timed can register for an event bib and timing chip for $10. The 10K and 5K race will take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th. Non-affiliated runners and walkers will not score points for any Corporate Challenge teams. Participants will have access to post race refreshment.

No. Friends and family do not earn Corporate Challenge participation points for a company.

Yes all friends and family members are required to sign a waiver. Please visit any of the waiver stations. 

Yes. Corporate Challenge includes a Family Fun Zone designed to provide additional activities and entertainment for families attending the event. More information about the 2027 Family Fun Zone will be posted closer to the event.

Virtual Corporate Challenge includes health, wellness and activity opportunities that take place before the Main Event, including virtual wellness programming and the Movement Challenge.

Virtual programming may include Yoga classes and health and wellness educational sessions.
