ABOUT CORPORATE CHALLENGE
The Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge is a two-day event that brings employees together through friendly competition, team building and community engagement. Companies compete in a variety of athletic and non-athletic events, with opportunities for participants of all skill and fitness levels.
The 2027 Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge will take place in Summer 2027. Exact event dates will be announced once confirmed. Check this website for the latest information and updates.
The main Corporate Challenge event is held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indianapolis, Indiana. Certain competitions may take place at additional locations. Event-specific locations will be listed on the Event Details page and schedules.
Employees of registered companies can participate as members of their company's Corporate Challenge team. Friends and family can also participate in the 5K or 10K through the Friends & Family registration option.
No. Corporate Challenge is designed for people of all abilities and fitness levels. Events range from running, cycling and other athletic competitions to recreational and team-based activities, so there are plenty of ways to participate.
COMPANY REGISTRATION & DIVISIONS
A company first registers a Corporate Challenge team based on its company size. Once the company team has been created, employees can register as participants and join their company's team.
Companies compete in divisions based on the number of employees in their organization. This allows companies to compete against organizations of a similar size.
Corporate Challenge has four divisions based on company size:
- Division 1: 1-74 employees
- Division 2: 75-249 employees
- Division 3: 250-749 employees
- Division 4: 750+ employees
Corporate Challenge team registration is based on company division:
- Division 1: $2,100
- Division 2: $3,600
- Division 3: $4,600
- Division 4: $6,000
Corporate Challenge team registration includes unlimited participation for eligible employees. Individual competitions may have roster sizes, capacity limits or other event-specific participation requirements.
PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
After a company is registered, employees can register as participants and join their company's Corporate Challenge team. Participants can then select the events in which they would like to compete.
Yes. Each participant should complete their own registration so they are properly associated with their company and the events in which they plan to participate.
Yes. Participants can compete in multiple Corporate Challenge events as long as the schedules do not conflict and they meet any event-specific requirements.
Event selections can generally be updated prior to applicable registration deadlines. Participants should review their RunSignup registration or contact their Team Captain if they need assistance making a change.
Notify your Team Captain as soon as possible. Depending on the event and timing, your team may be able to adjust its roster or substitute another eligible participant.
Registration deadlines will be posted on the Corporate Challenge website and communicated to Team Captains. Some competitions may have earlier roster or registration deadlines, so participants should pay close attention to event-specific information.
TEAM CAPTAINS
Team Captains are the primary connection between Indiana Sports Corp and their company. They help recruit participants, communicate important information, coordinate their company's participation and help employees navigate registration and event requirements.
Team Captains should regularly review Corporate Challenge emails and this website. Schedules, event rules, registration deadlines, maps, participant information and other resources will be posted as they become available.
Yes. Companies can have additional contacts help coordinate their Corporate Challenge team. Companies should identify a primary Team Captain while ensuring all additional contacts are aligned on registration, communication and team responsibilities.
Participants should first contact their company's Team Captain for company-specific questions, including team participation, internal communication and event assignments. Participants can also use the Corporate Challenge AI Chatbot for general event questions.
EVENTS, RULES & SCORING
Corporate Challenge features a wide variety of individual and team competitions, including running, cycling, fitness, recreational and team-based events. The complete 2027 event lineup will be available on the Event Details page.
Event schedules will be available on the Event Details page. Participants should check the most current schedule before event day because event times and operational details may be updated.

Companies earn points through their performances in eligible Corporate Challenge events and activities. Those points contribute to the company's overall standing within its division. Scoring varies by competition, so participants and Team Captains should review the rules for individual events.
Scoring varies by activity. Some competitions contribute directly to company standings, while other activities may provide different participation or bonus-point opportunities. Check the rules for each event for its specific scoring structure.
Corporate Challenge results and company standings will be posted online. Results links will be available through the Corporate Challenge website.
Yes. Corporate Challenge recognizes top performances across individual events, team events and overall company competition. Additional award information will be communicated through the event website and Team Captain communications.
EVENT DAY & IMS
Participants should dress appropriately for their scheduled activities and the weather. Review the rules for your specific events before arriving for information about required equipment, attire or other items.
Parking information, entry gates and recommended parking locations at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will be provided in event-day information before Corporate Challenge. Check the website and event communications before arriving.
Corporate Challenge takes place rain or shine whenever conditions allow. Indiana Sports Corp will monitor weather and communicate any delays, schedule changes, cancellations or safety instructions through official event communication channels when necessary.
Yes. Restroom facilities are available throughout the main Corporate Challenge event area at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Event maps will help participants locate facilities and other amenities.
Yes. Food and beverage options are available during Corporate Challenge. Specific offerings, locations and hours will be included in event-day information.
FRIENDS, FAMILY & SPECTATORS
Yes. Friends and family are welcome to attend and support Corporate Challenge participants. Spectator access and event-day information will be provided before the event.
Yes. Friends and family can participate in the Corporate Challenge 5K or 10K by registering through the Friends & Family registration option.
Yes. Corporate Challenge includes a Family Fun Zone designed to provide additional activities and entertainment for families attending the event. More information about the 2027 Family Fun Zone will be posted closer to the event.
COMMUNITY & VOLUNTEERING
Yes. Corporate Challenge offers volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups. Volunteer information and available opportunities will be shared through Indiana Sports Corp as the event approaches.
Yes. Community engagement is an important part of Corporate Challenge. Participating companies can take part in community-focused initiatives and challenges that support the broader Indianapolis community.
