Description

Honor those who have served this Veteran's Day by participating your way. Runners, walkers, ruckers, strollers, and wheelchair racers all are welcome! Presented by UAB Veteran Services, this annual event directly benefits the UAB Veteran Relief Fund. This award aids veteran and dependent students who may need help purchasing books, finding housing, seeking medical care, and much more.

 

Join us in celebrating the 106th anniversary of Armistice Day, now known as Veterans Day. The tradition began in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1947, and we’re proud to continue it. Be part of this meaningful event and show your support for our veterans and UAB's student veteran community.

Mark your calendars and lace up your shoes! Let's honor our heroes together and make a lasting impact. See you at the starting line!

 

This race will be run with chipped bibs, so race results will be available after the race is complete.

 

THE RACE LOCATION HAS CHANGED TO RAILROAD PARK, WE WILL NO LONGER BE STARTING AT UAB MINI PARK

Race Packet Pickup

Advanced packet pickup will be held Monday, November 4 through Thursday, November 7 from 9AM to 4PM at the UAB Hill Student Center (Suite 313).
