BECAUSE CASA KIDS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!
Come join us before the UFO Day Festival and help us celebrate CASA volunteers with a 5K run or walk to help raise funds for CASA. Dress as your favorite alien or anything related to space if you would like (not required). After the race feel free to attend the UFO Day Festival in Fyffe Town Park on Paul Benefield Lane from 9:00am-10:00pm. There will be lots of vendors, live music, and other activities.
Registration begins at 7:00 am and the run starts at 8:00 am CST.
All proceeds will go to CASA of North Sand Mountain. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is a trained community member who is appointed by the Family Court Judge to represent the best interests of a child in court. Children helped by CASA volunteers include those who have been removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect.
The race will be professionally timed by PinPoint Timing.
Medals will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female winners in each age division, as well as overall male and female winners.
Age Groups (Male and Female): 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39. 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
There will be prizes for overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in both male and female.
