F5 - Path to Positivity 5K

Fleet Feet Fall Fitness Festival Fun Run.  The Run will be 5K, timed but not certified. 

Packet pick-up will be at Fleet Feet on Friday from 12-5 and race morning from 7:00 a.m. -7:45 a.m.

You are encouraged to get your packet Friday!

Proceeds Benefit Positivity Plus!  

POSITIVITY+ provides mental health services, including guidance coaching and therapy, to students in elementary, middle, high school, and postsecondary institutions through a user-friendly app. Download the Positivity+ app from the app stores to get started.

There are 10 miles of trails that you are welcome to explore.

First 250 to register will receive a custom shirt COMFORT COLORS.  Supplies and sizes limited to those registered early.

Join us for a free family fun day all about fitness! We will have a community fun run, kids run, and bike ride, followed by a day filled with free pop-up fitness classes from some of your favorite local fitness studios!

There will be booths set up with giveaways, fitness studio information, free assessments, free personalized stretching, nutrition, IVs and Therabody compression therapy, yard games, food trucks, & more!
